DREEDEE ("DREEDEE", "we", "us") provides an AI communication platform for messaging, voice and video calls, meetings, and real-time translation (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account information — such as your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
• Content you send — messages, files, and call content you exchange, processed to deliver and (where enabled) translate your conversations.
• Usage & device data — app interactions, log data, device type, operating system, and general location (e.g. country) used to run and improve the Service.
• Contacts — only if you choose to grant permission, to help you connect with people you know.

• To provide, maintain, and secure the Service.
• To deliver features you request — messaging, calls, meetings, and real-time translation.
• To power the DREEDEE AI assistant when you use it.
• To communicate with you about your account and updates.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues.

When you use translation or the DREEDEE AI assistant, the relevant message content is processed to generate the translation or response. This processing may be performed by trusted service providers acting on our behalf under contractual safeguards. We do not use the content of your private conversations to sell advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers — vendors who help us run the Service (e.g. hosting, translation/AI processing, analytics), under agreements that limit their use of it.
• For legal reasons — when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
• With your direction — with people and groups you choose to communicate with.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can delete your account at any time.

We use technical and organizational measures — including encryption in transit and at rest — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and continuously improve our safeguards.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@dreedee.com. You can also manage or delete your account from within the app.

DREEDEE is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

As a global platform, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date above, and notify you of material changes where required.
