1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using DREEDEE (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use DREEDEE. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and can form a binding contract.

3. Your account

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You agree not to use DREEDEE to:

break the law or infringe others' rights;
send spam, malware, or harmful or deceptive content;
harass, threaten, or harm others;
attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the messages and content you send. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service — for example, to transmit, store, and (where you enable it) translate your content so it can be delivered to the people you communicate with.

6. AI & translation features

DREEDEE's translation and AI assistant are provided to help you communicate, but automated output can be imperfect. Do not rely on translations or AI responses for critical, legal, medical, or financial decisions without independent verification.

7. Service availability

We work to keep DREEDEE available and reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and we may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it. We are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may stop using DREEDEE and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service and its users.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DREEDEE is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date, and notify you of material changes where required.
